  1. Promotions will begin at 12:01am (EST) on December 1, 2025 (the “Start Date”) and close at 11:59pm (PST) on December 1, 2025 the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. 

  2. The promotion or incentive offered cannot be combined with other promotions, programs, offers or incentives, or be applied retrospectively.

  3. The Cyber Monday Sale deals are only valid on Creative Solutions Websites (smallhd.com, teradek.com, woodencamera.com)

  4. Sale prices are as shown on the qualifying products, while supplies last. 

  5. All Sale items reduced prior to Cyber Monday Sale promotions will not receive any further discounting.

  6. Items excluded for Cyber Monday Sale include all Sale Items, and 3rd party accessories.

  7. End user pricing only.

  8. Creative Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Cyber Monday Sale at its sole discretion.
