Orbit transmits lossless, 10-bit, 4:2:2 video across all common frame rates and resolutions up to 4Kp60. It can multicast up to 6 receivers simultaneously, each capable of outputting an independent resolution and frame rate as desired. Even in HD, Orbit transmits video with more clarity and sharper detail than alternative solutions.

Teradek’s patented Joint Source Channel Coding (JSCC), and MIMO and OFDM technologies, enable Orbit to encode and transmit video over the 4.9 - 5.8 GHz bands and utilize the 40MHz / 20MHz channels with far greater efficiency than H.264/HEVC encoding solutions. Forget channel interference and transmit pristine 10-bit 4:2:2 4K image quality over an extremely robust wireless link.
